Job summary

TC Professional Services is seeking a UK Accountant in India to manage end‑to‑end year‑end accounting for UK clients from Noida or via remote work. You will handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance across diverse client structures with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of UK year‑end accounting experience, strong knowledge of UK tax rules, and proficiency with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH or IRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UK year-end accounting.
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Excellent knowledge of UK tax and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise accounts for UK companies (P&L, Balance Sheet, reconciliations, annual accounts, and reports).
• Handle FRS 105 and FRS 102 1A accounts for diverse structures (limited companies, partnerships, sole traders).
• Work on accounting platforms including CCH, Iris, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
• Analyse general ledgers, record journal entries, and post year-end adjustments.
• Prepare UK Corporation Tax (CT600) returns.
• Collaborate directly with clients, providing high-quality service and clear communication.
• Stay up to date with UK taxation and payroll guidelines.
• Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

About The Role

• Analyse general ledgers, record journal entries, and post year-end adjustments.

• Collaborate directly with clients, providing high-quality service and clear communication.
• Stay up to date with UK taxation and payroll guidelines.
