Job summary

Tekskills Inc. invites applications for a UiPath Tech Architect to lead architecture for RPA initiatives across engagements with a Pan India footprint. This hybrid role requires strong communication and hands-on architecture experience.

You will define non-functional requirements, build scalable architecture, mentor project teams, collaborate with partners, support pre-sales, and guide automation opportunities while staying aligned with platform roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Architecture for RPA projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on development experience in platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and conform to non-functional requirements for projects.
• Build architecture for projects as per functional and non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with partners and obtain Architecture Signoff.
• Troubleshoot and assist project teams with critical issues.
• Train project teams in reusability and best practices.
• Establish architectural, design and coding standards.
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Conduct internal platform training programs.
• Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets across engagements.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and propose solutions.
• Keep abreast of platform roadmaps and upcoming product features.
• Travel to technology partner locations for workshops and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities and present technical solutions to partners.
• Evaluate RPA platforms and provide recommendations.
• Conduct interviews and technology awareness sessions.

Responsibilities

• You'll be accountable for definition and conformance to non-functional requirements for the project
• Build Architecture for project (s) as per functional and Non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with partners and get Architecture Signoff
• Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues
• Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best
• Architectural, design and coding practices
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthrough
• Conduct internal platform training programs

Minimum qualifications

• Relevant years of experience 4+years

• Experienced in project implementations as Technical Architect, hands on development experience in platform

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations
• Experience in front ending client discussions and interfacing with business, IT and architecture teams
• Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations Understand RPA/ technology spectrum and suggest tech solutions to clients/ business.
