Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a UiPath Tech Architect with 4+ years of experience to lead architecture across projects in a Pan India, hybrid setup. You will define non-functional requirements, craft scalable architectures, and coordinate with partners for sign-offs.

Expect collaboration with business and IT teams and driving reusable automation frameworks. The role requires hands-on development experience and strong communication skills to guide project teams, conduct reviews, and mentor peers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a technical architect or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on development experience in the platform and project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and conform to non-functional requirements for projects.
• Architectural design for projects based on functional/non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with partners and obtain architecture sign-off.
• Troubleshoot and assist teams in resolving critical issues.
• Train teams in reusability and best practices.
• Apply architectural, design and coding best practices.
• Participate in peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Lead internal platform trainings.
• Create technical frameworks and reusable assets.
• Assess automation opportunities and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on platform roadmap and product features.
• Travel to partner locations for workshops and escalation.
• Support pre-sale activities with technical solutions.
• Evaluate RPA platforms and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• You'll be accountable for definition and conformance to non-functional requirements for the project
• Build Architecture for project (s) as per functional and Non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with partners and get Architecture Signoff
• Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues
• Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best
• Architectural, design and coding practices
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthrough
• Conduct internal platform training programs
• Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements
• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.
• Keep abreast with platform roadmap and upcoming product features
• Travel to technology partner locations for technical workshops and issue escalation and management
• Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, present technical solution to partners
• Evaluate RPA Platforms and provide recommendations
• Conduct interviews, technology awareness sessions

Minimum qualifications

• Relevant years of experience 4+years
• Excellent communication verbal and written
• Experienced in project implementations as Technical Architect, hands on development experience in platform

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations
• Experience in front ending client discussions and interfacing with business, IT and architecture teams
• Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations Understand RPA/ technology spectrum and suggest tech solutions to clients/ business.
