Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Power Automate Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. You will drive automation initiatives, develop PAD flows, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with developers across Java, .NET, Python, AngularJS, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira, and a track record of supporting Power Automate projects through go-live and hyper-care.

Qualifications

• Experience developing 10+ Power Automate Desktop flows
• Experience with SQL data queries
• Knowledge in Java, .NET, Python, AngularJS or Node.JS
• Knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere
• Experience in supporting Power Automate projects
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira
• Automation Anywhere bot development experience is a plus
• Support the Power Automate projects through go-live and hyper-care

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Automate Desktop flows to automate business processes
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support automation tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Java, .NET, Python, AngularJS or Node.JS
• Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) as needed
• Provide ongoing support for Power Automate initiatives and projects
• Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) for ticketing and incident management
• Assist with Automation Anywhere bot development when required
• Support hyper-care period after go-live

We are currently seeking a Power Automate Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows
• Have an experience in SQL data queries with/without PAD flows
• Knowledge in any other programming languages (Java / .Net / Python / Angular JS/ Node.JS)
• Knowledge in other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
• Experience in Supporting the Power Automate projects
• Experience in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now / Remedy / Jira / others
• Having an understanding/experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is preferred
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps
• Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop / Power Apps …) is a plus

Preferences:

• Experience working with development teams preferred

Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)
