About the Role
We are building the next generation of enterprise-grade, agentic user interfaces, where human architectural intent and AI-driven software automation operate in tight orchestration.
We are looking for a UI/UX Software Engineer with deep expertise in React internals, UI architecture, and state systems, who can architect and deliver UI systems entirely through AI-driven DevOps workflows.
This role does not focus on manual UI coding. Instead, you will design UI architectures, decompose UX requirements into machine-executable specifications, and drive end-to-end UI delivery using AI automation tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
The platform domain spans data mesh, data products, MLOps, AI platforms, knowledge graphs, and large-scale enterprise analytics.
All UI systems strictly follow the MVVMC architecture (Model–View–ViewModel–Controller). This separation is non-negotiable and foundational to scalability, performance, and deterministic AI generation.
- Model: Domain and UI state using MobX / MobX Keystone.
- Controller: Interaction logic, workflows, APIs, and side effects.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI Architecture & React Engineering
- Architect scalable, modular, high-performance React applications using MVVMC.
- Apply deep understanding of React internals including rendering lifecycle, hooks, concurrency, memoization, and code-splitting.
- Ensure consistent performance under large data volumes and frequent state updates.
2. Advanced State Modeling
- Design robust MobX-based Models and ViewModels.
- Build observable graphs with fine-grained reactivity.
- Enforce clean state boundaries enabling reliable AI-generated implementations.
3. AI-Driven UI DevOps (100% Automated)
- Own end-to-end UI delivery using AI automation with zero manual UI coding.
- Use Claude Code and Cursor as primary engineering tools.
- Orchestrate AI workflows for UI scaffolding, refactoring, testing, performance tuning, CI/CD, and deployment.
4. UX Decomposition for AI Execution
- Decompose UX and product requirements into MVVMC-aligned, machine-consumable specifications.
- Define component hierarchies, state boundaries, controller responsibilities, and API contracts.
- Enable deterministic AI generation of production-grade UI systems.
5. Enterprise Data UI & Visualization
- Build high-performance tables, graphs, workflow canvases, dashboards, and knowledge graphs.
- Align UI behavior with data mesh, governance, and enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript with deep knowledge of React internals.
- Advanced experience with MobX / MobX Keystone.
- Hands-on production experience with Claude Code and Cursor.
- Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and context engineering.
- Experience building UIs for data platforms, analytics systems, MLOps tools, or AI products.
- Strong grasp of enterprise-scale performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Preferred Domain Knowledge
- Data Mesh and Data Product architectures.
- MLOps and AI/ML platforms.
- Knowledge graphs, lineage, metadata, and governance systems.
What Success Looks Like
- UI systems are modular, scalable, and architecturally sound.
- Entire UI codebases are generated, tested, and deployed via AI automation.
- UX requirements translate cleanly into deterministic AI-executable specs.
- Users experience fast, intuitive, and scalable interfaces at extreme data scale.
