Job summary

Binny's is seeking an AI UI/UX Designer to craft clean, user-friendly digital experiences across websites, apps, and dashboards. You’ll move from wireframes to final handoffs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate concepting and asset creation.

The ideal candidate has around 1 year of hands-on design work, a strong Figma background, and a working knowledge of two or more AI design tools. You’ll contribute to responsive layouts and design systems in a fast-moving team in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Figma is mandatory.
• Experience using AI design tools in daily workflow.
• Understanding of user-centered design and responsive principles.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes and UI screens for web and mobile.
• Use AI design tools to speed up concepting, copy drafts, assets and variations.
• Build and maintain design systems with typography and spacing rules.
• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Design landing pages, banners and creatives for campaigns.
• Conduct basic user research and competitive studies.
• Prepare developer-ready files with specs and assets.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing and development teams to launch designs.

About The Role

We are looking for an AI UI/UX Designer who can design clean, user-friendly digital experiences and use AI tools to work faster and smarter. You will work on websites, mobile apps, landing pages and internal dashboards — from wireframe to final handoff. This role suits a designer with about a year of hands‑on experience who is already comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily design workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes and final UI screens for web and mobile
• Use AI design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Uizard or similar) to speed up concepting, copy drafts, image assets and design variations
• Build and maintain design systems — components, typography, colour and spacing rules
• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Design landing pages, banners and creatives for marketing campaigns
• Conduct basic user research and competitor study to support design decisions
• Prepare developer‑ready files with correct specs, assets and documentation
• Work with founders, marketing and development teams to take designs from brief to launch
• Test designs, gather feedback and improve based on user behaviour and data

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Figma (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of at least two AI tools used in design or content creation
• Understanding of user‑centred design, information architecture and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good visual sense — layout, typography, colour and spacing
• Ability to take feedback and deliver revisions within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, IT or a related field

Good to Have

• Experience designing for e-commerce or D2C brands
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Motion or micro‑interaction design (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects)
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Framer or Webflow
