Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX & Full stack Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Group Website and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in UI/UX design and front-end development, along with a basic understanding of backend technologies, APIs, and database concepts. The role will involve converting design concepts into responsive, user-friendly websites and continuously improving the overall digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design

• Design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work with Figma or equivalent UI/UX design tools.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Understand and use Figma features such as Components, Auto Layout, and Variants.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, spacing, colors, and overall visual experience.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements based on user requirements and feedback.

2. Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent.
• Convert Figma/UI designs into accurate, functional, and responsive web interfaces.
• Ensure websites work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop reusable and maintainable front-end components.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.

3. Website Development & Maintenance

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and updates of the Group Website.
• Develop new website pages, features, landing pages, and functionalities.
• Identify and resolve UI, functionality, and performance-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for website-related requirements.
• Ensure website content and functionality are updated as per business requirements.

4. Basic Backend & API Knowledge

• Understand how frontend and backend systems communicate through APIs.
• Work with REST APIs for data integration.
• Have basic understanding of backend technologies and database concepts.
• Coordinate with backend developers for API integration and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic frontend/API-related issues.

5. User Experience Improvement

• Understand user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve website usability.
• Improve navigation, user flows, accessibility, and overall customer journey.
• Ensure designs are responsive and easy to use.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to convert requirements into effective digital solutions.

6. Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with IT, Marketing, Business, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and external technology vendors.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX, web development, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
