Job summary

Position2, Inc. is seeking a frontend developer to build responsive, high-performance websites using modern frameworks.

You will work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or custom builds, and translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces. You will optimize pages for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO while mentoring junior developers and collaborating across design, backend, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile setup.

Job Description

• Develop responsive, high-performance websites using modern frontend frameworks
• Well Versed with Landing Page Development and Emailers
• Maintain and enhance existing websites frontend features (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or custom builds)
• Perform regular website audits for performance, security, and SEO improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, bugs, and production defects
• Manage version control, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
• Translate Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces
• Ensure consistent design systems and component libraries across projects
• Work closely with designers to improve usability and user experience
• Cross-check and ensure the deliverables are pixel-perfect compared with the designs
• Optimize page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse/Google Page Speed scores
• Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization
• Conduct performance monitoring and continuous improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Follow coding standards, UI guidelines, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
• Work closely with project managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies
