Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full‑Time UI / UX Developer with strong proficiency in various tools. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our development team, contributing to the creation and maintenance of our clients' websites. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in frontend development and a deep understanding of modern and creative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Conduct user research, including user testing and feedback analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Develop high‑quality, responsive, and accessible front‑end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and design standards across all digital products.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and front‑end development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front‑end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
