Job summary

HBSPL invites passionate UI/UX designers to join our Chennai/Bangalore team as a UI/UX Developer in a hybrid setup. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience will collaborate on real-world web and mobile applications, shaping intuitive user experiences.

You will design interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, translate designs into responsive code, and work with product teams to ensure branding and usability. CTC ranges from ₹4 LPA to ₹10 LPA.

Qualifications

• Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Developer at HBSPL, you will be responsible for designing and developing,engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences by combining design principles with front-end development skills. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and translating them into responsive, high-quality code that enhances usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web applications.
• Ensure consistency in design systems and branding.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of UI design principles (typography, color theory, layout, spacing).
• Knowledge of UX principles (user research, usability, user journeys, personas).
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of interaction design and usability testing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Design,Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and user-centered design.
• Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs.

Work Location

• Chennai / Bangalore(Hybrid Work Model - Mix of Office and Remote).

Compensation

• CTC:₹4 LPA - ₹10 LPA (based on skills and experience).
