You will build wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, advocate accessible design, and stay ahead of trends to transform complex workflows into streamlined solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to design decisions.
• Proficient in responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience building design systems and component libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design for web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design practices.

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI‑powered applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working with developer handoff processes and design documentation.
