Job summary

VGreenTek is seeking a UX/UI Designer to translate validated UX concepts into production-ready interfaces across the platform, creating screens, layouts, UI components and design-system elements with accessibility and responsiveness in mind.

You will collaborate with UX/UI Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers and QA Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately translated into implementation-ready specs for delivery teams, with immediate joining and work-from-office in

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of UI/visual design experience with a portfolio.
• Strong Figma competence including components and auto-layout.
• Solid typography, spacing and visual hierarchy fundamentals.
• Experience working within a design system and handoff to developers.

Responsibilities

• Produce screen designs and visual assets within the established design system (Figma).
• Build and maintain design-system components under the UX/UI Analyst's direction.
• Create prototype flows to support usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare developer handoff specifications — spacing, states, assets, and token usage.
• Support usability testing sessions — logistics, note-taking, and findings compilation.
• Apply accessibility guidance (contrast, sizing, focus states) in all deliverables.
• Incorporate review feedback promptly and maintain design-file hygiene.
• Coordinate directly with Full Stack Developers during build for pixel-level fidelity.

About the Role

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for translating validated UX research and interaction designs into clear, consistent, and build-ready visual interfaces across the platform.

The role creates screens, layouts, UI components, visual assets, design-system elements, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency in visual language, responsiveness, accessibility, and user interaction patterns.

Working closely with the UX/UI Analyst, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers, the designer ensures that approved designs are technically practical and accurately translated into implementation-ready specifications for the delivery pods.

The role also supports developers during implementation by clarifying design intent, reviewing completed interfaces, and ensuring adherence to the established design system.

Ultimately, the UX/UI Designer transforms validated UX concepts into professional, intuitive, consistent, and production-ready user interfaces across the platform.
