Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and create compelling user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• Conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and continuously evaluate and improve design processes.
• Mentor junior designers by demonstrating strong leadership and management skills and help them grow in their careers.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and demos.
