Job summary

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to craft intuitive interfaces for payment platforms, dashboards, and onboarding journeys. You will translate complex requirements into clean wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, then build responsive components for web and mobile use.

Collaborate with backend, product, and AI teams to ensure consistency in design systems and user flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX experience.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience designing user flows and wireframes.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• Experience in responsive web and mobile UI development.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for payment flows, dashboards, onboarding journeys, and developer tools.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Develop dashboards and visualization screens for MIS reporting (transactions, settlements, payouts, risks).
• Design alerting and notification systems for merchants (payment failures, settlement delays, disputes).
• Ensure consistent design language and best UX practices across the platform.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop UI for payment interfaces: checkout pages, payment links, QR modules, integrations, merchant dashboards, and terminal flows.
