Reporting to the Global IS Practice Manager - Digital Solutions, the UX/UI Designer is responsible to:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Document application components, configurations, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. Customer satisfaction on projects

Required profile and experience:

• At least 3 years plus digital development experience in UI/UX
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Knowledge of Microsoft producrs ( PwerApps & SharePoints)
• Agile squad management
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, action-oriented
