Job summary

Idiosys Technologies is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Kolkata to shape the experience of products used by 159+ clients worldwide. You will be involved end-to-end—from discovery and research through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and hands-on collaboration with engineers during build.

You will help evolve our design system into a tool the team relies on, ensuring shipped UI matches intent and delivers engaging, accessible experiences across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products with a portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, including components and auto-layout.
• Strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Bonus: prototyping and front-end fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design for web and mobile.
• Maintain and evolve design system in Figma.

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Idiosys, you will shape the experience of products used by 159+ clients across the globe. You will be involved end-to-end — from discovery and research through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and hands-on collaboration with engineers during build. You will also help evolve our design system into a tool the whole team relies on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design for web and mobile
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma
• Partner with engineering to ensure shipped UI matches intent
• Present design rationale to internal teams and external clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years designing digital products with a portfolio to show
• Deep fluency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout
• A strong eye for typography, spacing, motion, and visual hierarchy
• Bonus: prototyping, micro-interactions, illustration, or front-end fundamentals
