Job summary

Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients.

You should have 1–2 years of UX/UI work experience, a UI/UX course from a reputed institute, and proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma, plus design software like Photoshop.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that align with product goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Interaction Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.
• Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Visual Design: Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.
• Compliance with Style Standards: Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues, emphasizing responsiveness.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies for ongoing process improvement.
