Job summary

Ladybird Web Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a User Experience Designer to transform software into user-friendly products. A UI/UX course and 1–2 years of work experience are preferred.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, wireframe and prototype, and craft visually appealing interfaces while ensuring brand consistency and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proven work experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with wireframe tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of design software including Photoshop and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Illustrate design concepts with storyboards, flows and sitemaps; present drafts to teams.
• Develop intuitive interactions aligned with product goals.
• Create visuals including images, sketches and tables.
• Design interfaces for brand consistency and aesthetics.
• Ensure adherence to style standards and usability.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to identify improvements.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends and tools for ongoing process improvement.

Who are we looking for?

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop

Requirements

Role & responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Interaction Design:

Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.

Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.

Visual Design:

Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.

Compliance with Style Standards:

Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.

Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues, emphasizing responsiveness.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Continuously monitor the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies for ongoing process improvement.
