Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually stunning user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will own the complete design lifecycle-from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes, motion design, and developer handoff-ensuring every interaction is engaging, accessible, and user-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user interfaces for web, iOS, and Android applications using Figma while maintaining a scalable design system.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma Prototyping, Smart Animate, and Component Variants to validate user experiences before development.
- Create motion designs, transitions, and micro-interactions using Figma Motion and Lottie animation workflows.
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries using Auto Layout, Design Tokens, Variables, and Responsive Constraints.
- Collaborate closely with developers through Figma Dev Mode by providing inspect-ready specifications, assets, redlines, and CSS snippets.
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing to improve user experience based on real user feedback.
- Design accessible interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including color contrast, keyboard navigation, touch targets, and screen reader compatibility.
- Create onboarding experiences, empty states, loading states, error states, and edge-case scenarios for a polished product experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, Variables, and Interactive Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of Figma Motion for creating transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.
- Experience creating and exporting Lottie animations using LottieFiles or Adobe After Effects with Bodymovin.
- Strong understanding of UX principles including information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design, and usability heuristics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complete design projects, including research, ideation, prototyping, and final implementation.
- Knowledge of platform-specific design systems including Material Design 3 and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and interpreting product analytics.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, layout grids, spacing systems, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
