Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to modernize existing applications and drive user-centered design across projects. You will work remotely from India and collaborate with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality UX delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, proficiency with Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch, and a strong foundation in usability and accessibility principles. Remote work and independent contribution are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX modernization and migration to reactive interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills across UI, logic, and integration.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience in user research, requirements gathering, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, able to work independently.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend concepts is an advantage.

• Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to communicate design decisions and ensure implementation quality.
• Work independently within defined architectural guidelines while maintaining ownership of UX quality and delivery.
