Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences. You will lead design efforts, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design systems across products.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into delightful, accessible interfaces and ensure consistency across platforms. A strong portfolio and expertise in Figma are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability, accessibility and interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
• Experience designing responsive dashboards and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design and usability testing, with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components and design guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, typography, colors, layouts and user interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Apply responsive design principles to deliver seamless experiences across devices.
• Gather feedback, iterate on designs and continuously improve usability and accessibility.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user flows and visual design.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility and interaction design.
• Experience designing responsive websites, dashboards and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and front-end development principles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design capabilities.

Candidate Profile

An experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects, skilled in creating intuitive user experiences and visually engaging interfaces.

Proficient in Figma, prototyping, design systems and user-centered design methodologies, with the ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.

10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days

6 days (Alternate Saturday Off)
