Job description

Usability & Testing:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine UI/UX designs and ensure optimal user experience.
• Analyse and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a digital or web-focused environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design practices.
• Solid experience creating digital and print graphics, including social media visuals, website banners, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design projects as well as your graphic design work (digital and/or print).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset to translate business needs and user feedback into visual solutions.
• Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with user testing tools and analytics (e.g., Maze, Hotjar).
• Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or other digital product industries.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
