Role Description

We’re looking for a Graphic & UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our creative team on‑site in Noida, India. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, user‑centred design, and bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful execution.

You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and user interfaces that enhance user experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms. Collaborating closely with marketing, development, and product teams, you’ll play a key role in defining the visual and interactive identity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop user‑friendly UI/UX designs that align with business goals and enhance usability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency and seamless integration.
• Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine visuals for final delivery.
• Maintain brand identity across all digital and print platforms while driving creative innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Arts, Fine Arts (BFA), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in both Graphic Design and UI/UX (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in Figma (required) or Sketch for UI/UX workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and user‑centred design.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating versatility across UI/UX and graphic design projects.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Experience working in an agency or marketing team environment.
• Knowledge of Canva for quick design adaptations.
• Familiarity with responsive and interactive design principles.
• Understanding of motion graphics or animation (a plus).
