Job summary

Angel and Genie is hiring a hands-on UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for our enterprise and retail software applications. You will lead user research, interface prototyping, and usability testing directly with end users.

You will create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, FigJam, and Canva, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.2+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient with Figma, FigJam and Canva.
• Experience with qualitative user research and usability testing.
• Experience designing retail POS, warehouse software, or complex B2B platforms is a plus.
• Strong design portfolio showing end-to-end user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research including interviews with retail operators and pharmacists.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands‑on UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user‑centric interfaces for our enterprise and retail software applications. You will lead user research, interface prototyping, and usability testing directly with end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary user research, including in‑person/store‑level interviews with retail operators and pharmacists to gather workflow insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using Figma, FigJam, and Canva.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to identify user friction points and iteratively refine the product interface.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience.
• High proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Canva.
• Demonstrated experience with qualitative user research methods and usability testing frameworks.
• Prior experience designing retail POS systems, warehouse management software, or complex B2B platforms is an advantage.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end user journeys and research‑backed designs.
