Job summary

Kaizenith Technologies LLP is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape enterprise software interfaces, owning design systems, user flows, and the product's visual identity across the suite. The role emphasizes balancing aesthetics with usability for data-heavy dashboards and forms.

You will build a scalable design system, collaborate with developers to ensure design intent, and translate user research into practical design decisions. A strong portfolio and Figma proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX for web applications (not marketing sites).
• Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems.
• Understanding of hierarchy, spacing, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience designing for complex data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, forms, tables).
• Ability to conduct basic user research and translate findings into design decisions.
• Familiarity with frontend constraints (responsive design, component-based architecture).
• Minimum 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience.
