Job summary

Cehpoint is seeking a design-focused intern to craft intuitive AI platform interfaces and enterprise portals. You will build component-driven prototypes in Figma, translate complex AI configurations into clear user flows, and prepare production-ready tokens and specs for developers.

The role emphasizes modern aesthetic sensibilities, accessibility, and user empathy for non-technical users. This is a fully remote India internship with milestone-based progression and strong mentorship.

Figma Eye for clean UI Basic UX principles Communication

Mandatory Foundational Knowledge

• Figma design systems: reusable component libraries, auto-layout, and variables
• Responsive breakpoints across mobile, tablet, and widescreen desktop displays
• Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and ergonomic layout guidelines

Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture

• High-fidelity interactive prototyping and user journey wireframing in Figma
• Translating complex multi-step technical AI configurations into intuitive mental models
• Exporting clean, production-ready design tokens, SVGs, and specs for developers
• Conducting user testing, heuristic reviews, and iterative feedback incorporation

Problem Solving, Execution Rigor & Curiosity

• Passion for modern aesthetics: subtle glassmorphism, tailored dark palettes, micro-interactions
• Interest in Generative UI and conversational interaction interfaces
• Deep empathy for non-technical users navigating advanced AI tooling

5-Day Live Design Milestone: Deliver an interactive component-driven Figma prototype and design specification for an AI workflow.

Institutional hiring protocol: candidates who clear resume screening take a live practical milestone of strictly 5 working days. Verifiable completion and code audit by your assigned engineering mentor is the sole prerequisite for the official offer letter.

Compensation & Advancement

• Compensation as published: Paid internship — ₹8,000–₹15,000/month.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in India with home-labour hardware allowance.
• Direct progression into full‑time corporate appointments on milestone verification.
