Keka Inc. in Gurgaon is seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer/ Product Designer to translate AI-generated prototypes into production-ready design assets.

You will import Claude Code outputs into Figma, refine visuals for consistency, usability, and responsiveness, and ensure smooth developer handoff with structured specifications and a scalable design system. The role requires 3–5 years in UI/UX, strong Figma skills, experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools, and excellent collaboration abilities.

Formación

• 3–5 years in UI/UX, product design, or design engineering.
• Proficient in Figma with Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, Dev Mode, and design systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0.
• Strong understanding of responsive and interaction design; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Import Claude Code outputs into Figma via MCP and convert to editable files.
• Refine screens for layout, spacing, hierarchy, and responsiveness.
• Create and improve prototypes including micro-interactions and flows.
• Review coded UI outputs and identify gaps with implementations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer/ Product Designer to translate AI-generated product prototypes into polished, production-ready design assets. The role involves importing Claude Code outputs into Figma, refining them for visual consistency, usability, responsiveness, and interaction quality, and ensuring seamless developer handoff through well-structured design specifications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Import live UI outputs from Claude Code into Figma through MCP and convert them into editable design files
• Refine screens for layout, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, edge cases, and interaction states
• Create and improve prototypes, including micro-interactions and flow-level design enhancements
• Review coded UI outputs and identify gaps between visual design and implementation
• Prepare accurate developer handoff assets through Figma Dev Mode, including specifications, components, and tokens
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system aligned with product and engineering needs
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to support rapid iteration and delivery
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and implementation readiness across all design outputs

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or design engineering
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, Dev Mode, and design systems
• Familiarity with Figma MCP workflows and design-to-development collaboration
• Exposure to AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
• High attention to detail and ability to bring raw prototypes to production-quality finish
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion design using tools such as Framer or Lottie
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG best practices
• Experience working with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design systems
