About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer who can independently take ownership of the complete design experience for our websites and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be an all-round designer who can handle the entire design process from understanding the user and business requirements, creating UX flows and wireframes, designing the UI, to creating the visual/creative elements required for web and app pages.

This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver the complete design without relying on separate UI/UX and Creative Designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of web and mobile app design from concept to final delivery.
• Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design complete website and mobile app pages, including layouts, sections, components, visual elements, and interactive states.
• Handle both UX thinking and creative visual execution for web and app experiences.
• Create engaging visual treatments, page compositions, illustrations, icons, graphics, and other creative elements required within digital products.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, styles, and reusable design assets.
• Ensure consistency across typography, colours, spacing, grids, imagery, icons, and visual hierarchy.
• Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Prepare designs and specifications for developers and ensure accurate implementation.
• Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX improvements.
• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Keep up with current UI/UX, visual design, interaction design, and AI design trends.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Visual Design.
• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma — mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with Sketch — mandatory.
• Ability to independently design a complete web or mobile app experience.
• Strong visual and creative design skills.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to create creative and visually engaging UI layouts and digital assets for web and app pages.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
• Ability to take a project from Requirement UX Wireframe UI Visual Design Prototype Developer Handoff independently.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front‑end implementation.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro‑interactions.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Experience working on consumer‑facing digital products, e‑commerce, SaaS, or subscription‑based platforms.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a complete, hands‑on designer rather than someone who specializes in only one area.

The right candidate should be able to independently handle:

UX UI Visual Design Web/App Page Design Creative Elements Prototype Developer Handoff

They should be comfortable asking both:

“How should this experience work?”

and

“How should this experience look and feel?”

The candidate should be capable of taking a requirement and turning it into a complete, polished, user‑friendly, and visually engaging web or app experience without depending on a separate creative designer.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate:

• Website UI/UX
• Mobile App UI/UX
• Complete Web/App Page Designs
• UX Flows & Wireframes
• High‑Fidelity UI
• Design Systems & Components
• Prototypes & Interactions
• Strong Visual / Creative UI Execution

Preference will be given to candidates whose portfolio demonstrates end‑to‑end ownership of digital products — from UX thinking to final visual execution.
