We are seeking a talented and innovative UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to create exceptional user experiences and developing aesthetically pleasing branding strategies to effectively reach our customers. Your role will involve gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components to transform our software into easy-to-use products. UI designers are responsible for crafting interactive elements, icons, and graphics that enhance the usability and overall user experience. They may also contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across different platforms and products. A strong background in design software and wireframe tools, along with a portfolio of professional design projects, particularly in web and mobile applications, will be essential for your success. By creating functional and visually appealing features, you will help address our clients’ needs and contribute to the growth of our customer base. Roles and Responsibilities

Design and create custom icons, graphics, and visual elements to enhance the user interface and improve usability.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development process.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliver high-quality designs.

Develop design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

Design visually appealing and intuitive UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons.

Ensure consistency in design and branding throughout the user interface. Implement page navigation buttons, search fields, and other interactive elements.

Create detailed UI mockups and prototypes to showcase functionality and visual appearance.

Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

Produce original graphics, sketches, images, and tables to enhance user interfaces. Maintain a balance between creativity and usability in design solutions.

Present rough drafts to stakeholders for review and feedback. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback to enhance the user experience.

Identify and address any user experience issues, such as responsiveness or usability challenges.

Use research findings to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably a degree in design, computer science, visual communication, user-centered design, or related field).

2022 and 2023 graduates with a minimum of 60% in all academics.

HSC is mandatory.

No gaps of any kind.

Portfolio of UI design projects is mandatory.

Experience

0–1 year of experience in relevant field.

Skills Required

A course certificate or previous experience related to UI designing is mandatory.

A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and highlighting your UI design skills.

Proficiency in using wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, or similar software.

Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software.

Strong skills in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Exceptional ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and articulate design ideas.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and engaging work environment, fostering teamwork and creativity.
