Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Front-end Architect to define and own the front-end architecture for enterprise-grade web apps. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable UIs using Angular/TypeScript, establish standards, and lead complex UI features with a strong emphasis on quality and performance.

Responsibilities include state management with NgRx/Akita, RxJS, API/microservices integration, and CI/CD adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend development experience with at least 3+ years in a UI Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Expertise in Angular v12+ and modern frontend tech stacks (TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS).
• Strong knowledge of NgRx/Akita, RxJS and RESTful API integration.
• Experience architecting scalable, reusable enterprise web applications with performance focus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Coordinate with DevOps for build, deployment, and release management (Azure DevOps/Jenkins).
• Identify and resolve technical debt and production issues; drive continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years in a UI Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as NgRx, Akita, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RxJS, reactive programming, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience building scalable, reusable, and high-performance enterprise web applications.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins and Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization technologies is an added advantage.
• Preferred experience in Capital Markets, Trading, Investment Banking, or Middle Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
• Willingness to work from Pune in a Hybrid/Work from Office model.
