Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced UI Architect to lead front-end architecture across enterprise applications. You will design scalable UI frameworks with React, TypeScript, and modern JS, while driving AI-enabled experiences and robust DevOps practices.

You will collaborate with product, UX, and data science teams to shape enterprise-grade interfaces, ensure accessibility, performance, and security, and mentor engineering teams across scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable front-end architectures using React and modern JS frameworks.
• Strong design systems, component libraries, and micro frontend patterns.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) and Next.js SSR.
• Proficiency in accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and API consumption (REST/GraphQL).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UIArchitect with deep expertise in React,Front-EndArchitecture,andAI-poweredapplicationdevelopment. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance user interfaces while driving architectural decisions across enterprise applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, modern front-end engineering, cloud technologies, and AI integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the front-end architecture vision, standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI frameworks and component libraries.
• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.
• Architect and implement AI-powered user experiences leveraging GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
• Establish performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance.
• Design Micro Frontend architectures and front-end platform strategies.
• Mentor and guide development teams on modern UI engineering practices.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, automation, testing strategies, and DevOps integration.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in AI, UI engineering, and cloud platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

Front-End & Architecture

• Expert knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience in designing scalable front-end architectures.
• Expertise in MicroFrontends, Design Systems, and Component Libraries.
• Deep understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.

AI & GenAI

• Experience integrating OpenAI,AzureOpenAI,AnthropicClaude,Gemini,orsimilarLLMplatforms.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Agent frameworks.
• Experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, or recommendation systems.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, and logging frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and digital assistants.
• Exposure to LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets and event streaming.
• Experience in Retail, Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing domains.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
