Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to design and develop scalable Angular enterprise applications. You will create reusable components, ensure UI consistency, and mentor junior developers across multiple projects.

You will contribute to CI/CD improvements and take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from design to deployment readiness, in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Angular enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Develop reusable components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Design high-fidelity UI solutions ensuring alignment with UX principles and business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of UI across multiple platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI design with product strategy.
• Conduct UI reviews ensuring adherence to design standards and usability principles.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Define reusable Angular component architecture and frontend integration strategies for enterprise applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor team members on Angular architecture, reactive programming, and frontend engineering practices.
• Demonstrates strong technical ownership in delivering complex development activities with high-quality execution.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability while delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Drives engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, performance optimization, and defect prevention.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production challenges.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks and delivery progress.
• Demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning toward evolving technologies and engineering practices.
• Maintains strong attention to detail in architecture, code quality, security, and performance optimization.
