Job summary

Genxhire Services in India is seeking an experienced UAV pilot to plan, execute, and oversee flight operations for demonstrations and field trials with the Indian Army and other stakeholders. You will conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and GCS operations across fixed-wing, rotary, and VTOL platforms, ensuring safety and adherence to RPC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute UAV flight operations for demonstrations and field trials with Indian Army, CAPFs, state police, and stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and ground control station operations for fixed-wing, rotary, and VTOL UAV platforms.
• Operate UAVs safely under varied field, weather, and terrain conditions during live demonstrations and trials.
• Coordinate with technical, business development, and programs teams to align flight schedules with demonstration and trial requirements.

• Plan, prepare, and execute UAV flight operations for NC-NC demonstrations and field trials with the Indian Army, CAPFs, state police forces, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and ground control station (GCS) operations for fixed-wing, rotary, and/or VTOL UAV platforms.
• Operate UAVs safely and effectively under varied field, weather, and terrain conditions during live demonstrations and trials.
• Coordinate closely with the technical, business development, and programs teams to align flight schedules with demonstration and trial requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7+ years of flying experience (fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and/or UAV platforms).
• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) or equivalent UAV/RPAS certification.
