Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a skilled UAV Engineer who is capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting drones used for industrial, survey, or RD applications. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in flying drones, understanding UAV components, and performing basic technical checks. A strong electronics background is essential to support hardware integration, sensor testing, and flight system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and fly fixed-wing drones safely for field operations.
• Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections, ensuring airworthiness and system readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues related to flight controllers, ESCs, motors, GPS modules, batteries, and other UAV components.
• Assist in the integration and testing of payloads, sensors, communication modules, etc.
• Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance records, and mission reports.
• Conduct calibration of IMU, compass, GPS, and other onboard systems.
• Support engineering teams in RD activities, prototype testing, and performance evaluations.
• Follow DGCA or internal guidelines for safety and operational protocols.
• Provide technical support to customers or internal teams during demonstrations.
• Ensure proper battery management, charging cycles, and power system health monitoring.
