Daydream Recruiters is seeking a Talented Advisor for international voice banking customer service. We require 12th pass with at least 1 year in banking customer service, excellent spoken English, and the ability to work from office in day shifts.

You will handle voice calls, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication. Immediate joiner preferred; shifts include 24/7 rotation with mostly day shifts and two days off per week.

Qualifications

• 12th pass with 1+ year banking customer service experience.
• Excellent spoken English required.
• Work from office, day shifts, 5 days a week, 2 rotational offs.
