Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite U.S. residential mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of borrower’s credit, income, asset, and collateral (4Cs).
• Make independent underwriting decisions in accordance with investor policies.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
