Aldrich Business Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking candidates with 2+ years in audit and assurance to join our team. You will work on client engagements, applying accounting and auditing knowledge to deliver accurate financial work.

The role emphasizes self-management, timely delivery, continuous learning, and collaboration with experienced staff. Strong business insight and analytical skills are valued, with exposure to US GAAP considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Audit and Assurance.
• Strong business understanding and ability to identify audit issues from commercial transactions.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and ability to learn software apps.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Qualified/ CA Inter/ Final (Drop Out)/ M.COM/ MBA (Specialization in Finance).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Audit and Assurance.
• Successful candidates should possess a strong business understanding and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP will be an advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and ability to learn software apps.
• Interests in problem-solving, mathematics, logic, troubleshooting are very helpful.
