JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with the manager and creative team to develop content marketing strategies
• Conceptualize and develop engaging content according to a content marketing strategy
• Incorporate brand voice and identity in digital content
• Create various forms of social media content—text captions, images, and videos
• Conduct keyword analysis and optimise content for SEO
• Monitor social media traffic statistics and produce analysis report with action plan
• Respond to reader comments, questions, and complaints
• Collaborate with the creative team on the design of promotional materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a diploma in mass communication, creative & design, digital marketing or other related fields
• At least one-year experience in creating engaging content on different social media platform
• Able to produce timely content by featuring or participating the organisation’s events
• Ability to work with creative design tools (ie. Adobe, Final Cut Pro)
• Proficient command of both English and Chinese
• Team player and able to communicate with staffs and volunteers
• Able to meet deadline and work weekend occasionally
• Have an interest or passion for working in NGO or social service agency (SSA)
