Key Job Responsibilities

• Design & implementation of the Tuner component in the Android HAL layer (C++)
• Design & implementation of the Android Framework and Application (Java)
• Design & implementation of the Tuner Driver Library – AMFM/DAB/SDARS/HD (C++)
• Test tool design & development and unit testing
• Perform structured root‑cause analysis on tuner defects and implement targeted fixes
• Review design and implementation tasks and provide feedback

Key Performance Indicators / Qualifications

• Strong coding proficiency in C++/Java
• Experience with RTOS & OS (Linux/Android)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking
• Embedded hardware understanding, datasheet, schematics
• Experience with tuner technologies (AMFM/DAB/SDARS/DRM/IBOC)
• Exposure to RF tools such as signal generators and audio precision analysers
• Experience with GIT
• Experience in design tools such as Rhapsody/Visio
• Object‑oriented programming experience and understanding
• Android knowledge is mandatory
