Job summary

NTT DATA in Mumbai on-site is seeking a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) to ensure client solution requirements align with SLA. You will perform configurations, installations and respond to break/fix events, owning larger portions of installations and guiding problems to resolution.

Ideal candidates have CS/IT degree, experience in technical implementation, and strong client engagement, with documentation and project administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own larger portions of an installation and handle low to medium complexity break/fix incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; provide first line support to client applications.

• Maintain project administration and related records.
• Conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organisation.
• Provide second line telephonic support as required.

Your day at NTT DATA

The primary responsibility of the Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) is to ensure that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). They perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Own larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity.
• Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Respond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Assist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
• Compile and maintain project administration.
• Conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organisation.
• May be required to perform periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, providing second line telephonic support to customers.
• Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialised training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent

• Moderate level of years experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
• Demonstrated experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations
• Demonstrated project administration and documentation experience
