Job summary

NCR Atleos, a global leader in expanding financial access, seeks a TS Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing for Transaction Services. The role focuses on accurate PO validation, invoice processing, and timely submissions, supporting global accounts from a Virtual India location.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of billing experience, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Quickbase and EPM. A graduate degree is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with 2–3 years of relevant billing experience.
• Experience validating purchase orders and billing documentation.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Validating the Purchase Orders received for billing.
• Checking mandate details required for Billing submission – MCN, LAAs, Sign-off documents, Performance Certificates, etc.
• PO booking (email template completed and sent to BOC for booking).
• Preparing WOT forms / Billing template for submission.
• Meeting deadlines for Billing submissions to the BOC.
• Validating invoices have been created.
• Updating all relevant tools – Quickbase, EPM etc.
• Ensuring the PO is down-counted as requested.
• Preparing Monthly Billing / Revenue files for Mgmt as required.
• RMA credit/ credit and rebill requests completed for disputes from customer and AR.
• Attend/participate in Conference calls as required.

Position Summary

TS Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the billing associated with “Transaction Services” for NCRs Global Accounts. Billing Specialist ensures that all customer purchase orders and customer invoices are tracked and in control. The key purpose of the role is to ensure that all billing requests can be processed correctly the first time and invoiced promptly.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Validating the Purchase Orders received for billing.

Basic Qualification
