Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  2. Utilize multiple channels, including job boards and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), to source and attract top-tier talent.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  4. Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
  5. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing of selected candidates.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on technical hiring.
  2. Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, with a particular emphasis on social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and match them with the requirements of the position.
  5. Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing offers.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  8. Comfortable with a hybrid working model.
