Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple hiring manager to source and attract the best candidates
- Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
- Distinctive ability to spot talent and build relationships
- Appropriately screen, develop and manage candidates and stake holders
- Builds applicant sources by researching Sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack overflow, Social Networking
- You leave no stone unturned in filling a position and have been known to adopt creative sourcing techniques to find the right match.
- Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.
- Adhere to Planful company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
Requirements & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including being responsible of all stages of the recruitment process
- Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry.
- Experience in direct sourcing, research, and candidate development utilizing different methods and sources
- Support/Willingness to lead, mentor, and support a recruitment team
- Strong tech hiring experience, market knowledge/ intelligence
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing business priorities & environment
- Work in a very structured, proactive, and independent business model
- Passionate and willing to go extra mile and Increase recruitment efficiencies
- Excellent Communication skills verbal/written
- Experience in sourcing W2/C2C type of candidates
Additional Skills:
- Been around: Must have worked in similar position for a minimum of five years
- Information Technology Focus: Must have worked extensively on Product recruitment.
- NetSavvy: Should be an expert at using internet (Job Portals, Search Engines and Social Networking) to search and source profiles in quick time.
- Negotiation Skills: Should be knowledgeable of prevalent compensation range for candidates based on their skills and experience
- Quality Conscious: Should constantly strive to improve resume quality by improving the understanding of the technicalities of the role. Should develop and demonstrate the ability to understand exactly what the business is looking for and meet the same.
- Organized: Constantly strive to add value to the system and result oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
