We are seeking fresh graduates with good communication skills in English.

Work Location: Nungambakkam

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle IT and non-IT requisitions from US-based clients
• Full-cycle recruiting: source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close positions
• Source candidates from job boards including Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
• Work on Contract, Permanent & Contract to Hire positions
• Identify and interview candidates to understand their skillset and career goals
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, and follow up after meetings
• Negotiate contracts and offers, managing all facets of the placement process
• Build and manage a pipeline of IT positions and candidates
• Achieve good conversion rates from requisitions to submissions, submissions to interviews, and interviews to placements

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹42,034.00 per month
