Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises
2. Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
3. First level hardware support for end user
4. Troubleshooting desktop/laptop/printer/network issues
5. Support for standard software issues
6. Installation/configuration/troubleshooting of email clients
7. Knowledge of server hardware, server operating systems, networking, wireless, switching, etc.
8. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
9. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
10. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must have a two-wheeler with required documents
2. Ability to work independently
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Strong problem-solving skills and methodical troubleshooting
5. Education: Technical degree or certification
6. Specialized knowledge: Hands-on experience with Windows/Server OS environments, networking, wireless
7. Professional Certification: Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage
8. Experience: Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role of minimum 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
