You will be responsible for providing industry leading post-sale networking support to customers of medium to large scale networks. You will be required to interact with the customers to resolve the issue or provide support via email/ WebEx. This is an opportunity for someone who possesses patience, empathy for customers, and the wish to hone skills whilst providing customer value.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide front line network support to debug complex networking problems.
2. Be the focal point and owner of large account network problem resolution.
3. Work on problems of diverse scope.
4. Networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi & allied systems).
5. Installation, configuration troubleshooting of Windows server, Win 7, 8 & 10.
6. L1-L2 level on day-to-day operational issues.
7. Knowledge of Office 365, handling IT tickets, hardware & software issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,999.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302001 (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required)

Minimum Requirements:

• Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred)
