  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Regional Account Coordinators, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and ensure smooth origination processes
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Client Markets, Underwriting, and Pricing teams, ensuring standard reporting is delivered on time and to the highest standard

You enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance, with a solid understanding of reinsurance concepts, business processes, and the broader upstream and downstream functions
  • Proficient knowledge of reinsurance/insurance operations , including a good understanding and interpretation of contract wordings and clauses
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools — Word, Excel, PowerPoint — and working knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting
These are additional nice to haves:
  • Experience with ORM/RCSA frameworks and operational risk management practices
  • Familiarity with Swiss Re's administrative and business applications or similar reinsurance platforms
  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification with an Insurance certification as an added advantage
