Job summary

ADM India Hub is hiring a Treasury Specialist – Accounts & User Management to support global banking operations, including account administration, KYC documentation, and user access control. You will ensure data accuracy, maintain banking records, and assist with regulatory reporting while collaborating with Treasury leads and business stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in treasury or banking operations, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel skills; Python/Power BI are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in treasury operations, banking operations, cash management, or related role.
• Experience with banking portals, KYC documentation, or user access administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Prepare and submit banking documentation required by financial institutions.

• Monitor document expiration dates and renewals; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Process user onboarding, modifications and removals across e-banking platforms and treasury systems.
• Maintain user access records and supporting documentation.
• Execute user access changes with segregation of duties in mind.
• Support periodic user access reviews.
• Assist in regulatory reporting by providing banking information.
• Maintain docs for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Generate standard reports on bank accounts, users, and signatories.
• Assist data validation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and internal controls.
• Support audits and treasury projects/system enhancements.

Job Title: Treasury Specialist - Accounts & User Management

Position Overview:

ADM is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Treasury Specialist – Accounts & User Management to support the day-to‑day administration of the company's global banking infrastructure. The role is responsible for executing bank account administration activities, maintaining banking records, coordinating banking documentation, and administering user access across e‑banking platforms and treasury systems. Working under the guidance of the Treasury Lead – Accounts & User Management, this position ensures banking data is maintained accurately and in a timely manner, supports compliance with internal controls and banking requirements, and delivers efficient operational support to Treasury and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Account & Banking Administration:

• Execute bank account openings, modifications, and closures following approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate bank account records, signatory information, and banking master data.
• Prepare and submit banking documentation required by financial institutions.
• Support the maintenance of the global bank account inventory.

KYC & Regulatory Compliance:

• Prepare and collect KYC documentation for banking partners.
• Maintain corporate documents, tax forms, powers of attorney, and other banking documentation.

Controls & Process Improvement:

• Ensure banking administration activities comply with Treasury policies and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Participate in Treasury projects and system enhancements as assigned.
