Job Summary

Enfinity Global is hiring an experienced Associate Treasury & Payments with 7–10 years of expertise in payment operations, banking relationships, and trade finance. The ideal candidate is a CA Inter or M. Com with a strong grasp of treasury functions, FEMA compliance, and ERP-integrated payment systems. This role demands precision, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all payments (including statutory payments—PF, PT, NPS, TDS, advance tax, GST, etc.) are made on time after due verification and approval
• Maintain banking relationships with all banks
• Open and manage letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees (BGs); track and close LCs/BGs
• Handle import payments, Letters of Credit, and submission of BoE and other FEMA compliances
• Process FDI transactions and FEMA reporting requirements
• Open bank accounts and manage compliance (change of authorized signatories) till closure
• Prepare real-time MIS on cash utilization for various projects
• Ensure Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) are completed on an alternate-day basis
• Coordinate with Accounts team and bankers for required information (account statements, FD statements, and other documents)
• Experience with ERP and payment integration with banks (Host to Host)
• Experience with trust and retention accounts
• Exposure to working capital loan and term loan compliance

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant Intermediate / M. Com with 7–10 years of experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and drafting skills
• Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach
• Self-driven and highly motivated; ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and professionalism with ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in renewable energy and/or sustainable development is a plus
