Job summary

Guideline Inc is seeking a Treasury Operations Team Lead in Hyderabad (WFO). You will oversee treasury and cash management tasks, FX trades and settlements, and payment controls while coordinating a global onshore team.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced fund operations environment.

Qualifications

• Treasury / Cash Management Operations experience.
• FX trades and settlements expertise.
• Client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience in Payments processing and controls.
• Experience coordinating onshore/global teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership / team handling preferred; PE/fund ops a plus.

Shift: 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM | Flexible shifts

Working: 5 Days

Notice Period: Up to 60 Days
